New Students,
Welcome to AP Biology! If you are worried about this class being too hard don't be. This has been a great class for me and I have a few words of advice for you. First of all, there will be extra credit packets and study guides that go along with each unit. You should do both of these for each chapter. The extra credit packets help you understand the chapter content on a deeper level. Do these first then do the study guide that goes along with the same chapter which discusses more broad topics of that chapter. Doing both of the packets help you study for the test as well as giving you extra credit. Its a win win. Second, take advantage of the fact that all class content is online. The what to know summaries are particularly helpful for studying before unit tests. Lastly, your grade in this class will be heavily based on assessments because there is not a lot of class work. So be sure to study!
